Andrew Doyle - Founder
Andrew has been in the IT consulting and IT placement field since 1997 where he started his career as a recruiter with TEKsystems in California, one of the nation's largest IT staffing companies. There, Andrew was promoted three times to Sr. Account Executive, achieved 6 consecutive Presidents Clubs servicing over 45 customers including; IBM, Pacific Care, Boeing, and The Capital Group.
In 2005, Andrew started with a one-man firm as the Director of Professional Services in the Denver area where he hired two recruiters and an accountant. He grew the small company’s revenues from $350,000 to $4.1 million in less than 4 years driving more than 80% of the gross revenue. Many of Andrew’s clients have been referrals from his current hiring managers and candidates alike.
Andrew has years of experience developing internal recruiting process and procedures as well as mentoring numerous successful Account Managers. Andrew, a Denver native, obtained his BA in Communications from the University of Colorado
Ryan Gentry – Director of Recruiting
Ryan has been in the IT consulting and IT placement field since 1999 when he started his career as a technical recruiter with TEKsystems in Colorado, one of the nation’s largest IT staffing companies. There, Ryan was promoted two times from Senior Recruiter to Sr. Account Executive and achieved 2 Presidents Clubs servicing customers in Healthcare, Telecommunications, IT and the Financial Services industries. Ryan earned Sales rookie of the year honors in 2000.
In 2007, Andrew Doyle hired Ryan to join him at a small recruiting firm in Denver as the Director of Staffing where he earned high honors as the top producer achieving over 65% of all placements in 2008. Ryan attributes his success to relying on the fundamental principles of sound recruiting; Honesty, Integrity, and Follow Through.
Ryan is known for his unwavering dedication to his profession and the people he services on a daily basis. Ryan, a Colorado native, obtained his BA in Recreation Business Administration from Western State College, Gunnison
